Thanks very much, this is a really useful webinar. Sorry I missed the live event. I especially appreciated the overall insights about how to involve the observers in a co-creation process while the research process unfolds. The iMarkit toolset looks really useful as well, just as the other Reporting Tools reviewed at the end.

I agree with you Larry that H.Grace Fuller provides some food for thought in regards to engaging the observers in the co-creation process.
