The client services group at Itracks has seen a recent spike in activity regarding demand for some quantitative options within a qualitative research exercise. Itracks has integrated their next generation survey tool within the Online focus group software, now you can see real-time reporting statistics from the moderator user interface while your group is ongoing.
The tool is ideally used for quick polls or short basic survey questionnaires. Our clients have been asking for this type of technology over the years, but we never saw enough demand for integration right into the interface. Now that we are seeing that demand, we have implemented the survey tool into the Online Focus group platform. Watch for improvements to the tool over the coming months and schedule a call with your corporate account executive to find out more. In fact, it won’t be long until you, the moderator, will be able to program these surveys yourselves!!
